Wedding Package includes:
- Private Flight for Bride and Groom.
-Wedding ceremony performed by one of our Pilots.
(The Pilot performing ceremony is a Florida notary and will perform part of the ceremony on ground and part during flight.)
-Pilot will remit completed marriage license to the State of Florida after the
ceremony.
-Balloon's gondola will be decorated for the wedding ceremony.
-Exclusive Champagne toast after flight with a premium bottle of champagne.
-Hors devours after the flight for the Bride & Groom.
(Fresh fruit, fresh pastries, cheese & crackers, various other items.)
-Souvenir First Flight Certificate.
-Extra passengers for wedding hot air balloon flights are only 145.00 per person.
(Balloon can hold a total of 6 passengers, including the Bride & Groom).
-Extra Guests for Champagne toast after the flight are $15.00 per person.
-We have special "hot air balloon wedding vows", but if you would like to write your own
or include yours with our vows, you can do so! We need three week's notice to incorporate
your vows with ours.
Wedding Package FYI's:
-All flights are weather permitting, so we highly recommend that you have either a backup date or a backup plans should the flight be cancelled due to inclement weather.
-In the State of Florida you must have a marriage license in order to get married. It is the responsibility of the
Bride & Groom to purchase a license from the State of Florida prior to the wedding. You can obtain a marriage
license from any Clerk of Court office. Please visit myflorida.com for details on obtaining a Florida
marriage license.
-You must have your valid marriage license and a valid government picture ID with you in order for the Pilot to
perform the wedding ceremony. (Driver's licenses, Passport, a State ID are all acceptable forms of ID)
-To obtain a copy of your marriage license from the State of Florida. Please go to myflorida.com for more
information.
-Bride & Groom are responsible for paying all required fees when obtaining their marriage License.
-State of Florida requires that there are 2 witnesses that need to be present for the wedding ceremony. If you do not bring 2 people, then Aerostat Adventures crew team will be happy to sign as your witness. If you bring
your own witnesses, they must bring a valid government picture ID.
-Wedding attire is permitted, but please keep in mind that we launch and land in fields, sofor your safety we do
not allow high heeled or open toed shoes. Aerostat Adventures will not be responsible for any damage to
wedding attire or personal equipment.

Pick up service is available at certain hotels in the local area. The cost is $15.00 per person for round trip service. Please call us at 407-476-7101 to see if your hotel is on our pick up service list.

Cancellation Policy:
All reservations require a deposit of $50.00 per person on a credit card to hold your reservation . Should you cancel from 24 - 72 hours out, we will charge your credit card for $50/person. A cancellation by you that is less than 24 hours in advance of your flight will result in your credit card being charged for the full amount of your flight if we are unable to book other passengers and fill your cancelled reservation. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we can only carry limited number of passengers at a time, and by making your reservation, you have prevented us from making more reservations to fill the balloon. Should your flight be weathered out by Mother Nature, or due to forces beyond our control, there is no charge to you.
